4-50 FI SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS
4) Measure the resistance between terminal A and terminal C.
 TO sensor resistance: 16.5 – 22.3 kΩ
(Terminal A – Terminal C)
 09900-25008: Multi circuit tester set
 Tester knob indication: Resistance (Ω)
Is the resistance OK?
Step 1 (When indicating P1651-H:)
1) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2) Check the TO sensor coupler for loose or poor contacts.
If OK, then check the TO sensor lead wire continuity.
3) Disconnect the TO sensor coupler.
4) Check the continuity between R wire A and Br wire B.
If the sound is not heard from the tester, the circuit condition
is OK.
5) Disconnect the ECM coupler.
6) Check the continuity between Br wire B and terminal 4.
7) Also, check the continuity between B/Br wire C and terminal
T.
 TOS lead wire continuity: Continuity ()
 09900-25008: Multi circuit tester set
09900-25009: Needle-point probe set
 Tester knob indication: Continuity test ()
Is the continuity OK?
YES Go to Step 2.
NO Replace the TO sensor with a new one.

NO Br wire shorted to VCC, or B/Br wire open.
