INSTALLATION
• Install the oil strainer 1 as shown.
• Apply grease to the O-ring 2 and install it.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install the oil strainer cap and tighten the oil strainer bolts
securely.
OIL PUMP
INSPECTION
Rotate the oil pump by hand and check that it moves smoothly.
If it does not move smoothly, replace the oil pump assembly.
Crankcase
Replace the O-ring with a new one.
* Do not attempt to disassemble the oil pump assembly.
* The oil pump is available only as an assembly.
