INSTALLATION
Install the handlebars in the reverse order of removal. Pay atten-
tion to the following points:
• Install the handlebars with the punch mark A aligned with the
mating surface of the handlebar holder.
• Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts 1 to the specified torque.
Handlebar clamp bolt: 16 N·m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.5 lbf-ft)
NOTE:
The clearances B between the handlebar clamp and holder
should be even.
• Insert the right handlebar switch box 2, throttle grip 3 and
clutch lever holder 4 onto the handlebars.
• Apply grease to the throttle cables.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Engage the projection C of right handlebar switch box with
the hole of handlebars.
NOTE:
Check that the throttle grip turns smoothly.
• Install the front brake master cylinder. (8-20)
