5 Select [OK].
All documents in the mailbox will be deleted, and a
confirmation message will display.
6 Select [Close] on the [Confirmation] screen.
Delete a Document

Press the <Scan> button, or select [Scan] on the
[Menu] screen.
The [Scan] screen will display.
2 Select [Destination].
The [Mailbox] screen will display.
3 Select a mailbox, and then select [Document
Delete].
Note: Do not select [Delete All] because this will delete all
files from the mailbox.
Note: Select [ ] to display the previous five mailboxes
and select [ ] to display the next five mailboxes.
You also can access a Mailbox by using the numeric
keypad to enter the two-digit mailbox number in [Go
to], and then select the [Go] button.
The contents of the mailbox will display.
