2.Valve stem seal installation
Using Box 12, install the valve stem seal in
position in the valve guide. After installation,
make sure the seal is in its correct position.
Improper stem seal installation can cause a
failure to seal against downward flow of oil
along the stem.
4-4. REASSEMBLING
(1) CYLINDER HEAD REASSEMBLING
* Reassemble the cylinder head with reverse
procedure of disassembling. Use the following
values as adjustment and service standard.
1.Cylinder head bottom face cleaning
Scrape the gasket from the bottom face of the
cylinder head.
After scraping the gasket, rub off gasket
remnants from the face with an oilstone
smeared with engine oil and thoroughly
clean the face.

(4) Cylinder head bolt (10) Valve
(5) Cylinder head (11) Valve stem seal
