Format Description
Numeric report names are used to describe how the ECG
data is displayed.

n 2. 5s @ 50 mm/s (writer speed)
n 2 by 5s + 1 rhythm lead
n 2 by 10s
n 3 by 5 @ 50mm/s

n 4 by 2.5s
n 4 by 2.5s + 1 rhythm lead
