3.24 Descaling Is Interrupted
Symptom:
The machine stalls 1 minute before the end of descaling.
Cause:
Defective triac on the power electronic.
Remedy:
Modified power electronic after machine no. 81477137. Power electronic EPL
865, mat. no. 07101850, for CVA 5060 and CVA 5068 machines; power electronic
EPL 866, mat. no. 07100030, for CVA 5065 machines.
Install a new power electronic. See Section 070-4.4.
3.25 “Fit Jets in Central Spout” Message Displayed
Cause:
Jets are not installed or are incorrectly inserted in main dispenser.
Remedy:
Install or re-install jets in the main dispenser.
3.26 “Fit Cover over Central Spout” Message Displayed
Cause:
The stainless-steel cover is missing from the main dispenser.
Remedy:
Install or re-install the stainless-steel cover over the main dispenser, then confirm with OK.
4 Service
4.1 Customer Programming Mode
Initial requirements:
Switch the appliance on.
Accessing:
1. Press < or > until Settings
appears in the top row of the display.
2. Press OK.
Acknowledgement indicator:
Customer programming options are displayed.
Options:
1. Touch < or > to scroll to the desired programming function (see Table 070-3).
Press OK to select the function.
2. After selecting a function, touch < or > to scroll to the desired option.
See Table 070-3. Press OK to select the option.
3. To go back to the previous menu, touch < or > until Back
is marked.
Press OK.
