Air Box Sediment Tube
Periodically check the air box drain tube located toward
the rear of the machine. Drain whenever deposits are
visible in the clear tube.
1. Remove drain plug (A) from end of sediment tube
(B).
2. Drain tube.
3. Reinstall drain plug.
NOTE: The sediment tube will require more
frequent service if the vehicle is operated in wet
conditions or at high throttle openings for
extended periods.
Engine Breather Hose
Four-cycle ATV engines are equipped with a engine
breather hose (C). The breather line is located on top of
the cylinder head cover, below the gas tank. Be sure
breather line is routed properly and secured in place.
Make sure the line is not kinked or pinched.
