Participating in a Remote Whiteboard Session
This section explains how to participate in a remote whiteboard session.
• When you join a remote whiteboard session, all the pages that existed prior to joining the session
are deleted and the contents of the host whiteboard are imported.
You cannot participate in a remote whiteboard if the version of the host differs from that of the
participating whiteboard.

If the version of your whiteboard differs from that of the host whiteboard, a message appears to participate in
a remote whiteboard session. Check the message, and then update the system to run the version, if necessary.

If a participating whiteboard running system version 1.6.0.0 or later participates in a remote whiteboard
session opened in compatible mode or by a machine running system version 1.1 or earlier, a message is
displayed and the remote whiteboard enters compatible mode.
