3.3 Emergency Safety Features
Emergency Stop Pushbuttons
See and Figure 3-8.
The Emergency Stop pushbutton located under the control system on each side of the washer/disinfector instantly
stops washer/disinfector operation when pressed.
IMPORTANT: Use Emergency Stop pushbutton for emergency situations only. DO NOT USE as a Start/Stop button.

Chamber Door Interlock Mechanism
Chamber doors are equipped with a door interlock safety mechanism that prevents load side door from opening at the
same time as the unload side door to avoid cross-contamination. When a cycle is in progress, the door interlock
mechanism prevents either door from being opened without aborting the cycle.
