– Enzyme Rinse Phase –
1. Hot water from building supply fills chamber.
2. Water is recirculated through rotary spray arm assemblies for selected period of time to rinse load.
3. Water is drained upon completion.
– Wash Phase –
1. Hot tap water from building supply fills chamber and a selected amount of detergent is automatically added.
2. Phase solution is heated and maintained at set temperature.
3. Phase solution is recirculated and sprayed over load for selected period of time.
4. Phase solution is drained upon completion.
– Rinse Phase –
1. Hot or pure water from building supply fills chamber.
2. Water is recirculated through rotary spray arm assemblies for selected period of time to rinse load.
3. Water is drained upon completion.
– Thermal Rinse –
1. Hot or pure water from building supply fills chamber.
2. If needed, instrument lubricant is automatically added during filling at beginning of phase.
3. Phase solution is recirculated through rotary spray arm assemblies for selected period of time. Water can be
maintained at a temperature between 82.2 and 90°C (180 and 194°F).
4. Phase solution is drained upon completion.
– HEPA-Filtered Drying –
1. Air is recirculated through accessories and chamber while a portion is exhausted to vent for selected period of
time.
2. Air is also directed through manifolded racks for fast drying.
3. Air can be heated at LOW temperature (82.2°C [180°F]) or at HIGH temperature (104.5°C [220°F]).
4. If Acu-Dry feature is enabled, drying phase can be ended before the end of programmed time if set temperature
is already maintained.
4.6 Unloading Washer/Disinfector

Rack and items are extremely hot when cycle is completed. Allow rack and items to cool
to room temperature and always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE) before reaching into chamber.
1. When cycle is completed, chamber unload door opens automatically. Display shows Cycle completed screen.
NOTE: Cycle completed screen is displayed until user acknowledges the message displayed on touch screen.
NOTE: Press Graph icon on cycle completed screen to view current cycle time-temperature, time-pressure and
time-injection volume graphs.
