REASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
To reassemble the front wheel, reverse the sequence of disas-
sembly procedures while observing the following instructions.
WHEEL BEARING
• Apply grease to the wheel bearings.
' 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install the wheel bearing with the special tool.
• Insert the spacer and install the left bearing.

BREAK DISC
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER to the brake disc bolts and
tighten them to the specified torque.
( 99000-32130: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1360”
or equivalent
$ Brake disc bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)

* Replace the bearing with a new one.
* Position the sealed side of bearing facing outside.
* Use care not to allow the spacer to skew.

A Old bearing
2 Spacer
B Clearance
3 New bearing (LH)
Keep the brake disc clean, free from dirt and grease.
