• Apply thin coat of the engine oil to the new fuel injector cushion
seals 1, and install them to each fuel injector.

Replace the cushion seal with a new one.
• Install the seals 2 and O-rings 3 to each fuel injector.
• Apply thin coat of the engine oil to the new O-rings 3.
• Install the fuel injectors by pushing them straight to each throttle
body.
#
Replace the dust seal and O-ring with the new ones.
Never turn the injector while pushing it.
• Install the fuel delivery pipe assembly to the throttle body as-
sembly.
#
Never turn the fuel injectors while installing them.
• Tighten the fuel delivery pipe mounting screws.
! Fuel delivery pipe mounting screw: 5 N

• Connect the fuel injector couplers to each fuel injector.

No.1 coupler: Gray/White
No.2 coupler: Gray/Black
No.3 coupler: Gray/Yellow
No.4 coupler: Gray/Red
