4.23 RTC battery
CAUTION: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
Dispose of used batteries according to the laws and ordinances of your local
authority.
Removing the RTC battery
The following describes the procedure for removing the RTC battery (See Figure 4-41).
1. Disconnect the RTC battery cable from the connector CN4642 on the USB/Jack
board.
2. Remove the RTC battery insulator (RTC battery is in the insulator) from the slot.
3. Remove the RTC battery from the RTC battery insulator.
