Removing the driving pulley
- Lock the driving pulley with the specific tool as
shown in the figure. - Disassemble the central nut
and the Belleville washer, remove the drive and
the 2 washers. - Remove the stationary half pulley
and the steel washer.
Specific tooling
020368Y driving pulley lock wrench
- Remove the belt and slide the movable half-pul-
ley with the relevant bush, taking care of the falling
free assembled rollers.
- Remove the return rollers plate with the relative
guide pads.
Inspecting the rollers case
- Check that the internal bushing is not abnormally worn and measure inner diameter.
NOTE
DO NOT LUBRICATE OR CLEAN THE BUSHING.
