3.1.23. Cylinder head
z
Loosen the cylinder head fixing bolts in
the reverse order of assembling, and
remove them all and then take the
cylinder head out.
z
Remove the cylinder head gasket and
scrap it.
z
Eliminate the residue from the cylinder
head face and cylinder block face.
NOTE :
Be careful not to damage the
cylinder head face where its gasket
contacts.
3.1.24. Oil pan
z
Remove the oil pan fixing bolts and
separate the pan.
z
Remove the oil pan gasket and scrap it.
3.1.25. Oil pump
z
Remove the oil suction pipe fixing bolts
and tear them down.
z
Remove the oil relief valve fixing bolts
and take them out.
z
Remove the oil pump fixing bolts and
separate it.
