A separate Service manual is available, which can be requested from the
manufacturer if you have the appropriate qualification or authorisation, or it can
be downloaded using the existing login at www.ecolab-engineering.com .
The consumables and spare parts belonging to the pump type can be identified
on the basis of the pump key.
The pump key (

Before servicing is carried out, the pump-specific consumables and spare parts

For all queries to the manufacturer, it is important that the designation
and the pump type are quoted correctly. This is the only way of ensuring
flawless and fast processing.

Damage and injuries may occur if installation, maintenance or repair
work is carried out incorrectly

Maintenance and repair work may only be performed by authorised and trained
specialist personnel in compliance with current local regulations.
The safety regulations and required protective clothing (PPE) must be
complied with when working with chemicals. Attention must be paid to the
information included on the product data sheet of the dosing medium used.
During or prior to maintenance and repair work:
–
Use only original spare parts.
– Depressurise the pressure line.
– Disconnect the dosing medium supply and clean the system thoroughly.
– Unplug the mains plug or disconnect the pump from all power sources, and
secure against accidental re-activation!

Damage may occur as a result of using incorrect tools during assembly
,
maintenance or troubleshooting. Only use the correct tools.
