15 USING THE FLEXCONTROL INTERFACE
The FlexControl interface provides a handy physical knob and a set of buttons that can be
programmed to perform selected operations in SmartSDR.
15.1 CUSTOMIZING THE FLEXCONTROL INTERFACE
From the “Settings” drop-down menu at the top of SmartSDR, select the “FlexControl” option.
This will bring up the simple mode FlexControl panel.
The panel resembles the physical appearance of the actual FlexControl to make the programming
experience more intuitive. Each of the buttons has a corresponding drop-down menu that allows the
user to modify its function.
