5-17-4 Voluson Maintenance System - Main Menu
Enter Linux as described in Section 5-17-2 "Access/Security" on page 5-65.
The “Voluson Maintenance System” main menu with following functions appear:
5-17-4-1 Media
This item switches to the Media Menu (see: Section 5-17-5 "Media Menu" on page 5-69).
It is required that the System DVD is in the drive.
However, if it is necessary to create a “New Hard disk”, which contains factory default partition images
(Linux, C:, D: and R:), booting from System DVD is required.
To change “Boot Priority order” in BIOS and setup new HDD, see: "NewDisk" on 5-73.
5-17-4-2 Advanced
This item switches to the Advanced Functions Menu (see: 5-17-6 "Advanced Functions Menu" on page
5-79) that contains the functions “Restore” and “Initialize”.
5-17-4-3 About
This item displays various version strings from the Linux system.
5-17-4-4 Exit/Reboot
This item exits the maintenance system and reboots the system.
5-17-4-5 Halt
This item exits the maintenance system. Afterwards the power may safely be turned off.
