Data Required for the Calculation
Required Minimum Front Weight
To ensure the tractor’s steering capability, the minimum front weight [W2
min
] is calculated:
Actual Front Axle Load [T3] of the Tractor
T1 (kg) Tractor empty weight.
See the tractor’s instruction book or documentation.T2 (kg) Rear axle load of the empty tractor.
T3 (kg) Front axle load of the empty tractor.
W1 (kg) Total weight of a rear-mounted sprayer with a full tank. See the section “Technical Specifications” in this instruction book and add
the weight of your spray liquid for a full tank.
W2 (kg) Total weight of the front weights or a FrontTank with a full tank. Front weights: Total weight of all front weights.
FrontTank: See technical data for this equipment and add the weight of
your spray liquid for a full tank.
A(m)Distance between the centre of gravity of the front weights, or a
FrontTank with a full tank, and the centre of the front axle (total A1 +
A2).
