REMOVAVlNSTALLATlON
Hemove the following:
- Rearview mirror (page 3-91
- Headlight under cowl (page 3-81
- Side coverlpivot cover (page 3-5)
- Middle cowl lid (page 3-9)
- Engine guard cover (page 3-9)
- Meter cover (page 3-10)
Bkconnect the signal
fB (@range)
connector.
Remove the bolts, screw and trim clips.
Remove the following connector from the left mid-
dle cowl:
- Immobilizer 4P (Natural)
- Ignition switch 4P (Natural)
- Right handlebar switch 9P (Red)
- Right handlebar switch 2P (Red)
- Left handlebar switch 4P (Natural)
- Left handlebar switch 6P (Black)
- Front wheel speed sensor 2P (Orange)
Remove the left middle cowl.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
Remove the screws and left front turn signal unit.
Remove the screws and left middle cowl air guide.
Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
