MAINTENANCE
FINAL DRIVE OIL
OIL LEVEL CHECK
Place the motorcycle on its center stand on a level
surface.
Remove the oil filler cap from the final gear case.
Check that the oil level is up to the lower edge of the
oil filler hole.
Check for leaks if the oil level is low. Pour the rec-
ommended oil through the oil filler hole until it
reaches the lower edge of the hole.
RECOMMENDED OIL: Hypoid gear oil, SAE #80
Coat a new 0-ring with oil and install it onto the oil
filler
cap.
Install and tighten the oil filler cap.
TORQUE: 12 N-m (1.2 kgf-m, 9 Ibf-ft)

150 cm3 (5.1 US oz. 5.3 Imp oz) after disassembly
