2 FUNCTION KEYS
Select measurement function; volts (V), amps (I), resistivity (R) or coulombs (Q).
3 RANGE KEYS
ï‚§ Up arrow: Moves to higher range; increments digit.
ï‚§ Down arrow: Moves to lower range; decrements digit.
ï‚§ AUTO: Enables/disables autorange.
4 HANDLE
ï‚§ Pull out and rotate to desired position.
5 DISPLAY KEYS
ï‚§ PREV/NEXT: Scroll through multiple displays of a function.
6 OPERATION KEYS
ï‚§ Z-CHK: Enables/disables zero check; enable zero check before changing functions.
ï‚§ REL: Enables/disables relative reading.
ï‚§ FILTER: Displays digital filter status for present function and toggles filter on/off.
ï‚§ MATH: Displays math calculation and toggles math on/off if configured.
ï‚§ TRIG: Triggers unit.
ï‚§ SEQ: Performs selected test sequence.
ï‚§ Left arrow and right arrow: Move cursor among data entry digits, menu selections, and
information displays.
ï‚§ INFO: Shows context-sensitive information about the present display.
ï‚§ LOCAL: Cancels remote operation.
ï‚§ STORE: Enables data storage.
ï‚§ RECALL: Displays reading data (reading, number, time); use PREV/NEXT DISPLAY for
maximum, minimum average, standard deviation.
ï‚§ CONFIG: Configures functions and operations.
ï‚§ MENU: Saves/restores instrument conditions; sets up communications; performs calibration
and self-tests; defines limits, digital output, and other miscellaneous operations.
ï‚§ EXIT: Cancels selection, moves back within menu structure.
ï‚§ ENTER: Holds reading, enters selection, moves down within menu structure.
