This command is used to set the measurement range for volts, amps, and coulombs.

0 to 210: Expected reading in volts
0 to 21e-3: Expected reading in amps
0 to 2.1e-6: Expected reading in coulombs

Details
This command is used to manually select the measurement range for the specified measurement
function. The range is selected by specifying the expected reading as an absolute value. The Model
6517B then goes to the most sensitive range that accommodate the expected reading. For example,
if you expect a reading of approximately 10 mA, simply let the parameter (<n>) = 0.01 (or 10e-3) in
order to select the 20 mA range.
