MACHINE OPERATIONS AND CONTROLS
METHOD FOR SWINGING MACHINE
• The tail of the machine extends outside the tracks.
Check that there is no one around the machine before
operating the swing.
• If the travel levers are operated when the engine speed
is decreased by the auto-deceleration function, the en-
gine speed will suddenly increase. Operate the levers
carefully.
When swinging the upper structure, do as follows.
1.
Before swinging, turn swing lock switch (1) OFF (can-
celed).
(a) : ON position
(b): OFF position
2.
Check that swing lock pilot lamp (2) is not lit.
3.
Operate L.H. work equipment control lever (3) to swing the
upper structure.
(A) : Swing LEFT
(B): Swing RIGHT
4.
When not performing the swing, turn swing lock switch (1)
ON (activated).
(a) : ON position
(b): OFF position
5.
Check that swing lock pilot lamp (2) is lit.
METHOD FOR OPERATING WORK EQUIPMENT
If the travel levers are operate when the engine speed is decreased by the auto-deceleration function,
the engine speed will suddenly increase. Operate the levers carefully.
Use the R.H. and L.H. work equipment control levers to operate the work equipment.
When the work equipment control levers are released, they return to NEUTRAL position and the work equip-
ment is held in that position.
