3. Tighten the new return filter.

IMPORTANT :
After
changing the return filter, start the
hydraulic system briefly and then check the oil
level.
4. Replacing the fuel filter
WARNING
T
o avoid personal injury or death:
Always stop the engine before changing the
fuel filter.
Keep sparks and flames away from the diesel
fuel, or serious personal injury results.
Allow the engine to cool completely.
1. Close the shut-off valve on the water separator.
2.
Unplug the water-sensor connector on the fuel filter.
3. Remove the fuel-filter element.
4. Wet the rubber seal of the new fuel-filter element
with fuel.
5. Install a new fuel-filter element and tighten by hand.
6. Plug the water-sensor connector.
7. Open the shut-off valve on the water separator.
8. Bleed the fuel system.

SERVICE EVERY 1000 HOURS
Perform inspection and servicing for every 50, 250, and
500 hours of operation at the same time.
1. Changing the oil for the front and
the rear axle differential case and
the reduction gear case
WARNING
T
o avoid personal injury or death:
Before changing the oil in the front and rear
axle-differential-case, always stop the engine
and lock the direction switch in neutral.
Always remove the bucket and attachment, and
use the lift arm support-device when servicing
the machine with the loader lift arms raised to
avoid serious personal injury.
1. Place a collection vessel under the axle.
Collection vessel capacity 5 liters
