After selecting the characters with the multifunction selector switch, confirm
with the OK button.
Delete characters by using the button under the backspace symbol (clear and
go back one character).
Save the telephone number by pressing and releasing the Save button.
Pressing the Back button quits without saving and goes back one menu
level.
The service technician can configure programmable multifunction modules
using a list of input and output functions, reassign defective or additional
signal inputs/outputs to unused inputs/outputs without installing a new
multifunction module, or create a new multifunction module (within limits) to
meet the customer's needs.

Make a selection with the multifunction selector switch and confirm with the
OK button. The Back button can be pressed to go back one menu level.
The service technician can configure programmable multifunction modules
with input functions and output functions using a function list. Each input (1 to
11) is mapped to an input function, and each output (1 to 9) to an output
function.
