System switches OFF
• Check power supply cable is undamaged and that all
connections are tight and free from corrosion.
• Check the boat’s power supply for faulty connections.
• Check any power cable extensions are the correct
diameter
How do I reset the system?
• Refer to Resetting the system on page 143.
Display very hard or dull to view
• Check the color palette is set to DAY.
No data bar shown
• Set the databar to ON in the Setup Menu.
No fix shown against the GPS icon
• Check GPS status.
No instrument or navigational data shown
• Check that the instrument interface is operating correctly.
• Check the SeaTalk/NMEA connection to the display unit.
• Check all SeaTalk/NMEA system cables are free from
damage and corrosion.

Boat icon not shown in the correct geographical position
• Check GPS status.
• Check that the display unit is not in simulator mode.
• Perform the chart offset operation.
Chart does not show enough detail
• Set the Declutter option to OFF.
• In the Cartography Setup Menu, check that the
appropriate features are set to ON.

‘No connection’
• Check that the system cable for the weather receiver is
securely connected and undamaged.
Weather data is not shown
• Check that the weather graphics are set to ON in the
weather graphics menu.
