Cascade the Safe Torque-off Signal
The total number of QSHT 5700 inverters in a single cascaded safety circuit is limited by the
current carrying capacity of the cascaded safety wiring. See Table 7-6 for current rating per
channel, per inverter.
In this example, the cascaded safe torque-off (STO) wiring is for an application with three
QSHT 5700 inverters and two separate safety devices.

In this example, the cascaded STO wiring is for an application with three QSHT inverters and
a single safety device for all inverters.
