EXHAUST SYSTEM
REMOVAL

• Remove the right side leg shield. (#8-8)
• Disconnect the HO2 sensor coupler


• Loosen the muffler connecting bolt


• Remove the muffler assembly.
• Remove the exhaust pipe

3.
• Remove the exhaust pipe gasket

4.
To avoid the danger of being burned, do not touch the
exhaust system when the system is hot. Any service
on the exhaust system should be performed when the
system is cool.
Make sure that the exhaust pipe and muffler have
enough clearance from the rubber parts and plastic
parts to avoid melting.
