* Apply engine coolant to the O-ring

* Apply grease to the O-ring

( 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install the water pump assembly.

• Tighten the water pump mounting bolts securely.
• Install the HO2 sensor

% HO2 sensor: 48 N·m (4.8 kgf-m)
• Pour engine coolant. ($2-12)
• Pour engine oil. ($2-9)
Use the new O-rings to prevent engine coolant leak-
age.
Align the boss
A of the water pump shaft end with the
slot
B of the oil pump shaft.
