VALVE INSTALLATION
Any
dust or rust around the valve hole must be cleaned off.
Then install
the valve in the rim.
CAUTION:
When installing
the valve, tighten the nut CD by hand as much
as possible. Holding
the nut CD under this condition, tighten
the lock nut <ID. Do not overtighten the nut CD as this may
distort
the rubber packing and cause an air leak.
TIRE MOUNTING
• Apply a special tire lubricant or neutral soapy liquid to the
tire bead.
CAUTION:
Never apply grease, oil
or gasoline to the tire bead .
• When installing
the tire, make certain that the directional
arrow faces
the direction of wheel rotation and align the
balancing mark of the tire with the valve as shown.
