Removing the head cover
Undo and remove the four Allen
screws fixing the head cover.
Remove the head cover.
Remove both O-rings.
Removing the cylinder head
Remove the head cover.
Remove the five M8 Allen screws and
the locking washers.
Remove the combustion chamber in-
sert together with the O-Ring.

Clean off any combustion deposits in
the combustion chamber as well as
scales on the surfaces in contact with
the cooling water.
Make sure the insert in the combustion
chamber is not damaged and the spark
plug thread is in good conditions.
Make sure the seal surfaces are
smooth and not damaged.
