Removing the front wheel
CAUTION
UPON REMOVING, PAY ATTENTION NOT TO DAMAGE THE BRAKE HOSES, DISCS AND PADS.
Place the vehicle on its OPTIONAL rear service stand.
CAUTION
MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE IS STABLE.
HELPED BY ANOTHER OPERATOR, KEEP THE HANDLEBAR STEADY AND ENGAGED SO THAT
THE STEERING IS LOCKED.
Undo and remove both front calliper
fixing screws.
Remove the brake calliper.
CAUTION
DO NOT ACTUATE THE FRONT BRAKE LEVER AFTER
REMOVING THE WHEEL. OTHERWISE, THE CALLIPER
PLUNGERS COULD GO OUT OF THEIR SEAT, RESULTING
IN BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE.
Working from the right side, loosen
both screws.
Working from the right side, unscrew
and remove the cover.
