10.1.2 Barcode Reader
A Barcode Reader (BCD) is used to select tools in the database or set the sequence number. A tool
message from the BCD equivalent to a Tool ID in the database, ACTA selects that tool.
Message layout Tool ID:
A sequence number message from the BCD sets the sequence number to the code starting in position
Barcode position with the length Barcode length. The Barcode position and Barcode length are
configuration parameters. Use the
Configuration menu to set these parameters.
