7.8 Sampling Using the Pressure Reducer and
Gas-Liquid Separator
The pressure reducer and gas-liquid separator (PN 952-033-G1) reduces sample
pressure and filters out liquid particulates in the sample. The maximum sample input
pressure is 3450 kPa (500 psi). Refer to Pressure Reducer Genie Filter and Gas-
Liquid Separator [
}113] for the device installation procedure.
The pressure reducer and gas-liquid separator is not compatible with the
integrated sample conditioner of the gas-liquid separator (PN 952-022-G1).
CAUTION
The gas-liquid separator filters out liquid droplets in a gas sample. It is not
intended for liquid injections.
