13 Checkout Gases and Replacement Parts
13.1 Checkout Gases
Three standard checkout gases are available to validate chromatography performance
of Micro GC Fusion both at the factory and at the user site during installation. Their
compositions are defined to demonstrate instrument performance for common Micro
GC applications.
At the factory, the Universal checkout gas is used by default unless otherwise
specified. The checkout gas selection is made when configuring a Micro GC Fusion
instrument part number.
