9.10.10 Calibration
An external standard calibration must be performed to quantify a peak (i.e., determine
the concentration). To calibrate Micro GC Fusion, a calibration gas with components
and concentrations that closely resemble the sample composition must be available.
Calibration gases are available through specialty gas companies.
9.10.10.1 Access the Calibration Window through the Data Browser
The calibration window is in the data browser.

to open the data browser window.

Select a run to calibrate. Only one run can be calibrated at a time.

Click the icon to open the calibration window.
ð Clicking this icon opens the integration parameters and calibration information
from the data file selected, which may differ from the current method. To
access the current method’s calibration information, click on the icon in the
Methods / Sequences
window.
