METHOD FOR MOVING MACHINE
WARNING
• Check
that the area around the machine is safe, and
sound the horn before starting the machine.
• Keep people away from the machine.
• There is a blind spot at the rear of the machine, so be
extremely careful when driving the machine in reverse.
• When starting on a slope, be sure to keep depressing
brake pedal (8), even after you set parking brake lever
(1) free.
• When starting on a steep uphill slope, turn fuel control
dial (5) to High idle (MAX) position and run the engine
at high idle, keep depressing brake pedal (8) and de-
celerator pedal (6), tilt the joystick (steering, direction-
al and gear shift lever) from N (Neutral) position to
FORWARD position, and release brake pedal (8) slow-
ly. When increasing the travel speed, release decelera-
tor pedal (6) slowly.

Set parking brake lever (1) to FREE position (F).

Set work equipment lock lever (2) to FREE position (F).
