Perform the following check.
Check the rubber hoses. If they are cracked or fragile, replace them.
Check the hose clamps for looseness.
CHECK AND CLEAN AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER INT
AKE PORT
When the air intake part of the air conditioner condenser is clogged, clean and check it.
Blow off mud, dirt, leaves, etc. in air intake part (1) of the air
conditioner condenser with compressed air.
METHOD FOR CLEANING FUEL FILLER PORT STRAINER
If dirt is accumulated in the strainer, clean it.
1.
Remove fuel filler cap (1) of the fuel tank.
2.
Take the strainer out of the fuel filler port.
3.
Clean the strainer in diesel fuel.
4.
Install the strainer to its original position.
5.
Install fuel filler cap (1) to its original position.
METHOD FOR CLEANING HYDRAULIC TANK BREATHER
If the breather is found dirty at inspection or maintenance, clean it.
1.
Remove nut (2) of breather assembly (1) on the top of the
hydraulic tank.
2.
Remove cover (3).
3.
Remove dirt sticking to breather element (4).
4.
Clean in clean diesel fuel or flushing oil.
5.
Install cover (3) and nut (2).
In order not to damage the threaded portion of nut, tighten
nut
(2) by hand until it is seated, then tighten it 15 to 30 °
by using a tool.
