Safety Control System Configuration on NX bus of CPU Unit or
EtherCAT Network
In this configuration, the safety control system operates on the NX bus of the NX-series
CPU Unit and
on the EtherCAT network.
The safety control system consists of the NX-series CPU Unit with the NX bus master function, CPU
Unit with the EtherCA
T master function, and the NX-series EtherCAT Coupler Unit with the EtherCAT
slave function.
