are used with the safety input terminals.
Internal I/O common This is the polarity that the Unit uses to connect to input devices.
Rated input voltage This is the rated input voltage of the Unit.
OMRON Special Safety Input De-

This tells whether the Unit supports the connection of OMRON Special
Safety Input Devices (D40A Non-contact Door Switches, E3FS Single
Beam Safety Sensors, etc.).
