Head disassembly
- Remove the spark plug.
- Remove the cooling system outlet union and relevant
O ring by unloosing the 2 screws.
- Remove the coolant temperature sensor.
N.B.: The sensor controls both the injection and the
analogue instrument on the dashboard. Check this
component according to the procedure described in
Chapter 9-Injection.
- Remove the 2 fixing nuts on the head, exhaust and
intake side.
- Remove the 3 side fixings shown in the figure.
