4.6 Sense probe
Functionality
This function is used to set the measuring position of the probe. The measuring position is
set up for each particular workpiece
For calibrating, no active tool is required. However, the workpiece must have been set up
using a valid tool since the longitudinal alignment position refers to the workpiece and the
associated zero shift
Operation
The probe is adjusted in JOG mode.
The probe is positioned in front of the shoulder to be sensed (in X axis).
The input screen is opened.
