The web menu to acquire log data is displayed.
4. Click [Download] for required log data to download it to the PC.

• After log data has been acquired, disable Service Port.
• Service Port is automatically disabled after firmware update.

This section describes how to install the option software XZS-C81SN and XZS-C91SN (hereafter referred to as software
license).
Software license
Remote monitoring by the SNMP protocol is enabled.
• XZS-81SN ST2110 SNMP AGENT SOFTWARE
This software can be installed with the XKS-C8111/XKS-C8166 software version V1.40 or later.
• XZS-C91SN ST2110 SNMP AGENT SOFTWARE
This software can be installed with the XKS-C9111/XKS-C9121 software version V1.40 or later.
Equipment required
• Personal computer (PC): A PC that can be connected to the IP Video Interface board through a network and supports
the following recommended web browsers.
Recommended web browsers
- Google Chrome (64bit) 72 (Verified version) or later
• A USB flash memory (commercially available, 1GB or more recommended)
Preparation
Purchase the software license and acquire the purchase code (purchase key).
Overview of installation procedure
1. Download the device information file.
Access the web menu on the board and download the device information file (DEVICE.DAT) to the USB memory.
