5.3 Cycles Menu
Cycles menu is used for creating customized cycles (copy cycle) and also for modifying preprogrammed and customized
cycles (modify cycles) (see Table 5-1 to Table 5-20 for more details).
Customized cycle modifications include addition and removal of phases, modification of phase parameters, etc.
Creating customized cycles allows the operator to store phases and values tailored to make processing more efficient
while retaining immediate access to factory preset cycles.
Cycles menu also allows to define the visibility of each cycle in the Selection menu. Any locked cycle is not displayed: By
default, all Custom cycles are locked.
IMPORTANT: If SCS Conveyor System (option) is present, note that additional cycle bar code tags are available for use with
customized cycle. Available cycle bar code tag numbers must be configured within customized cycle parameters.
See Table 5-1 to Table 5-20 for phases and values available.
NOTE: While scrolling through screens and menus, note the following:
1. Refer to Section 3.2, Control System for complete touch pads description.
2. Press Close ,on touch screen to return to previous screen.
3. When Save is not present on touch screen, changes are saved by pressing Close on touch screen while returning
to a previous screen.
Copy Cycle
To create a customized cycle, proceed as follows:
1. Access Supervisor mode as explained in Section 5.2, Supervisor Mode Menus. Display shows Supervisor mode
