7.86 ALARM# 37 DRYING TEMPERATURE PROBE #1 DEFECTIVE (CRITICAL)
Condition
Alarm is triggered when during a cycle, signal from drying temperature probe #1 (RTD) failed
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Cycle must be aborted.
1. Press Silence Buzzer on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer.
2. Press Ack on touch screen to acknowledge alarm.
3. Press Abort on touch screen to abort cycle
4. Contact STERIS.
7.87 ALARM# 38 READ/WRITE ERROR
Condition
Error is triggered when an error is detected in memory while reading or writing data.
General Troubleshooting
Additional Information
Cycle data must be backed up.
1. Press Silence Buzzer on touch screen to stop alarm
buzzer.
2. Backup/Print cycle data.
3. Press Ack to continue.
4. If error reoccurs, contact STERIS.
Cycle configuration must be reviewed.

3. Press Ack to continue.
