4.1 Maintenance schedule
Maintenance schedule
You must select the maintenance schedule based on running hours or the annual maintenance schedule
for your machine.
The maintenance tasks must be done so that the periodical maintenance chart is obeyed.
You must obey the periodical maintenance chart when you do the normal daily and weekly maintenance
tasks,
Maintenance based on running hours
Maintenance schedule based on running hours must be used for tractors which have more than 600
running hours in a year.
Order the maintenance from an approved workshop where service personnel that has been trained by
Valtra will do the maintenance.
Annual maintenance
Annual maintenance must be used for tractors which have less than 600 running hours in a year. Order the
maintenance from an approved workshop where service personnel that has been trained by Valtra will do
the maintenance.
In the annual maintenance, the service tasks scheduled for 2400 h and 3000 h should be carried out at
intervals of two years
Service guide column legend:
• A - 10 hours or daily
• B - Initial 100 hour service
• C - Initial 600 hour service
• D - Every 600 hours
• E - Every 1200 hours
• F - Every 2400 hours
• G - Every 3000 hours
• H - 2 years
