IMPORTANT:
Regulate the operator's seat correctly in the most comfortable, ergonomic position before using the
machine. This reduces the risks and eects of the vibrations transmitted to the whole body.
Disengage power to attachments and stop the engine before making any repairs or adjustments.
Do not change the engine governor setting or over speed engine.
Keep the vehicle and attachments in good operating condition.
Keep safety devices in place and in working condition.
Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight and in line with the specific tightening torque values to be sure the
equipment is in proper working condition.
Before operating on any part of the engine, stop the engine, and let it cool. Hot engine parts can cause
serious burns.
Never run the engine unless the shuttle lever and the transmission controls are in neutral position and the
parking brake is engaged.
Be careful to prevent clothing, jewelry, or long hair from getting caught in the fan blades, drive belts, or any
other moving engine parts.
Unauthorized modifications to the tractor may impair machine parts, compromise the proper functioning
and aect the safety and/or the machine life.
CAUTION:
Never perform any service work near rotating or moving parts. Never remove or open any
service doors or other guards when engine is running or hot. No service is to be
performed on or around the engine with engine running.
IMPORTANT:
Prevent any unintentional operation of engine or starting motor when the engine cover is open or guards
are removed.
4.1.3 Clean the air-conditioning condenser
CAUTION: Unwanted release of refrigerant.
Refrigerant is very cold and can cause injury.
Put on PPE when you do work on the refrigerant system.
WARNING: Falling o, or into the machine.
Falls from height cause death or injury.
Use the applicable access equipment when you do work at height.
CAUTION:
DO NOT loosen the air-conditioning hoses to access to the condenser. Skin contact with
the refrigerant can cause frost burns.
IMPORTANT:
Examine the air-conditioning components frequently for damage or leaks. If the air-conditioning
components are dirty with oil, there can be a refrigerant leak. Speak to you dealer and have a full inspection
of the system.
If the operation of the air-conditioning is intermittent, before you examine other components clean the:
• Condenser grill
• Cab air filter.
If this does not correct the problem the refrigerant level in the system can be low.
