EI 811F 10Base2 module (Cheapernet) for thin coaxial cables
Contains battery holder for (optional) lithium battery, for buffering the
memory for the CPU boards PM 802F and PM 803F.
EI 812F AUI module for connecting transceivers for 10Base5, 10Base2,
10BaseT, 10BaseFL or star coupler units
Contains battery holder for (optional) lithium battery for buffering the
memory for the CPU boards PM 802F and PM 803F.
EI 813F 10BaseT module for connection to 10BaseT hubs or star coupler units
using twisted pair cables
Contains battery holder for (optional) lithium battery, for buffering the
memory for the CPU boards PM 802F and PM 803F.
• Fieldbus modules
FI 810F CAN module, 3 channels, available protocols:proprietary ABB CAN-
Protocol for use with Freelance 2000 system (other protocols under
preparation)
FI 820F Serial module, 2 channels, available protocols: MODBUS, Sartorius
balance protocol (other protocols under preparation)
FI 830F Profibus module for direct connection of Profibus field devices
FI 840F: High-speed Ethernet fieldbus connection (FF/HSE) for running FF/HSE
fieldbuses and components with a transmission rate of 100 Mbits/s.
The following function can be realized using the FF/HSE module

• Communication with fieldbuses based on the HSE Standard

AM 801F Battery module for redundant battery buffering for the CPU board
